Zane Tankel, of Harrison-based Apple-Metro, Inc., is a lot more than a very successful restaurant owner. He owns 24 Applebee's, three Chevys Fresh Mex and two Zanaro's. But when he is not running his $110 million business he's working with a high-power team of colleagues to help bring peace to the Middle East.
