On Tuesday, February 22nd, over 500 people attended the VIP Grand Opening Event at the new Applebee's in Bedford-Stuyvesant located on Fulton Street in Restoration Plaza. The event included dedications, proclamations and a ribbon cutting ceremony by New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg and Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz.

All guests at the VIP Reception were asked to make a donation to Youth Arts Academy, a program of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, our community partner.

As of Wednesday, February 22nd at 11:00am, the restaurant is now open for business.
